Ocean Wise Ambassadeur(rice) - 2023 Cohorte de l'accélérateur Éco-Action
Jasmine is a seasoned Ocean Wise Youth Alum, participating in the Ocean Bridge, Ocean Action Grant, and Eco-Action Accelerator programs during 2023-2024. During her time with Ocean Wise youth, she created of Kelp in Hand (@kelpinhand), the Seaforestation Card Game, to raise awareness for the severity of kelp forest loss and empower players to take action. Kelp in Hand is now hosted in its non-profit home, the Aloera Climate Creative Society (@aloeraccs).
Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from UBC, specializing in Sustainable Energy in Manufacturing. Since then, Jasmine has been working as a Senior Sustainability Associate at EcoAct, where she implements her climate efforts in a different capacity.
